What we need from you?
We will need a power point and a water point, we do have our own electricity cable and hosepipe, we use gas to warm the water. Please ensure there is someone present to show our staff where to find these points. If there will be no one available, please inform us beforehand where to find it.

Please inform us if your pet has ticks and fleas or was/is sick so that we can take precautions to not infect any other pets.
